Dr. Prefontaine holds a diploma from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a registered member of the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta. He has advanced training in Chinese Herbal Medicine, Pulse Diagnosis, Balance Method Acupuncture, and has completed a residency in TCM Gynaecology.

Dr. Prefontaine operates his practice in Lethbridge, AB, focusing on chronic menstrual conditions, digestive disorders, and chronic pain; working with patients who have not found lasting relief through conventional care.
